We offer a 6-month upgrade protection policy for major releases. For upcoming major releases, we may offer the new version as a subscription. If you purchase a perpetual license within 6 months before the release of a new major version, we will provide up to 12 months of subscription access to the new major version at no additional charge. After that included period ends, continued use of the new major version requires an active subscription. Your perpetual license remains valid for the major version you originally purchased, including free updates (patches, fixes, and minor improvements) for that major version.
