If FontCreator, MainType or Scanahand doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You don’t need to give a reason, although we appreciate feedback.
Bought the wrong edition?
You don’t need a refund. Contact us and we’ll upgrade your license for the price difference, for example from FontCreator Essentials to Professional.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your order number or the email address used for the order. We respond within two business days. The refund goes to your original payment method through our payment partner FastSpring and includes any VAT or sales tax paid. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Terms
The 30 days run from the order date on your FastSpring receipt.
The guarantee covers new licenses, upgrades and volume purchases from our online store or our sales department.
For subscriptions, it covers the first payment only. You can cancel a renewal at any time, but renewal payments are not refunded.
When a new license is refunded, its license key is deactivated.
When an upgrade is refunded, you keep the license you had before the upgrade.
If you bought from a reseller, please contact that reseller.
We may decline repeated refund requests from the same customer.
This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal under EU law, and does not limit them.
